✨ No refunds or cancellations✨▸No refunds are accepted for adoptables after purchase.▸The design already sent cannot be returned for any reason, nothing assures me that the design will come back to me 100%.✨No reselling for a higher price unless I have more artwork✨▸ This rule is to avoid profit purposes with my designs.
▸Allowed to resell (at the same price or lower).
▸Allowed to trade!Regarding the extra art and reselling at a higher price, art pieces made by yourself, exchanged with other people DO give them higher value, but if you got it from me with several art pieces, these DO NOT count to raise its value (unless they are commissions you requested after the purchase of the design).If you get commercial use of the design you can skip the rules in section 2.✨Give me the corresponding credits✨▸ If the design will be uploaded to any social network or platform, you must add the corresponding credits of the design, it is not necessary that they are in all, in a single publication that can be visualized is enough for me.▸You can change the design to your liking, as long as you give me the credits of the original design.▸It is PROHIBITED to delete my credits or the character's profile, if I see that you have deleted the profile it means that you NO LONGER WANT THE CHARACTER and it will return to my property without any complaint.▸My designs cannot be re-auctioned, only fixed price is allowed.

✨Buyer's Rights✨Once purchased, you may:▸Use the design for personal or commercial use ( for commercial use you would have to pay an additional fee).▸Change colors, genre, story, or details of the design.You may not:▸Claim the design as your original creation.▸Use the design for NFT, IA, or illegal purposes.✨Artist's Rights✨▸I keep the copyright of the original design and I can publish it in my portfolio or social networks ( with watermark ).
✨HOLD & PAYMENT PLAN✨
✨ HOLD✨is a temporary set-aside of a design (adoptable) that allows the customer to reserve it while arranging payment. This ensures that the design is not offered to other buyers during the reservation period.Duration:.
Holds for adoptable are available for a maximum of 1 MONTH (we can come to an agreement and extend).If the client does not make an initial payment or does not respond during this period, the design will be put back on sale without notice.I'm patient, if you keep in touch and notify about delays there won't be any problem ♥✨PAYMENT PLAN✨Initial Payment:
By making a down payment, you secure HOLD of the design. However, if you do not complete the payments according to the agreement and do not give notice during the agreed time, the down payment will not be refundable.If 3 months pass without communication from you, the design will be put back on sale, and no refund requests will be accepted. I thank you very much for respecting my work, as this is my only source of income.
